Are you a curious and skilled developer who wants to use your expertise to create impact beyond business?

Dibber AS
Dibber is a global provider of Early Childhood Education (ECE) with a mission to ensure that every child feels valuable and becomes the best version of themselves. With more than 600 centers across 10 countries, we serve over 40,000 children every day. By combining Nordic pedagogy, a world-class curriculum, and modern digital systems, we create safe, stimulating, and playful environments for learning and growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer (React & Angular) to join our growing IT team in Oslo. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining interactive, user-friendly applications that support Dibber’s digital platforms used in kindergartens and schools around the world.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, international team working across Norway and India, contributing to projects that combine strong technical standards with meaningful social impact. The role offers a mix of hands-on coding, technical ownership, and collaboration with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and applications using React and/or Angular.
  • Collaborate with backend and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of software processes and code quality.
  • Support and further develop existing digital products in production.
  • Take initiative in suggesting and implementing new features and improvements.

About You
  • Higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6–7 years of experience with React, Angular, or .NET development.
  • Hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend integration.
  • Familiar with REST APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Strong interest in exploring new technologies and approaches.
  • Fluent in English (working language).

Personal Qualities
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative and open-minded, with excellent communication skills.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a focus on delivering value.
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable in a low-structure, entrepreneurial environment.

What We Offer
  • A meaningful role in a purpose-driven, international organization.
  • A chance to build and shape Dibber’s digital ecosystem from the ground up.
  • A collaborative and down-to-earth work culture built on trust, autonomy, and continuous learning.
  • Flexible working hours and up to four days of home office per week.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

If you’re a curious and skilled developer who wants to use your expertise to create impact beyond business, join us in building digital solutions that help children thrive worldwide.
