We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our SaaS products and services within the standards industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a customer related role, a deep understanding of SaaS implementation, and a passion for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
In the role you will develop and execute the SaaS onboarding experience for new customers in the hypercare period. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. You will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking the projects progress and identifying and mitigating potential risks. You will work closely with the sales and the project management team regarding product development, sales and support teams to align project goals with the overall company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have and understanding of SaaS implementation and delivery processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale and dynamic environment scale up environment.
