WTW is growing and following our success we are now expanding the Aviation team with a Client Executive having experience within aviation insurance solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a growth journey in an international company, working with the most exciting clients in the Nordics.
About the role
As our new Client Executive , you have responsibility for managing the client relationship and delivering profitability. You leverage WTW resources to provide coordinated service and placement to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. The successful candidate will have responsibility for a portfolio of accounts handling all aspects of clients’ insurance programs within aviation in a timely, technically, accurate and compliant manner. This will include but not be restricted to new business enquiries; client renewals; and broking.
Qualifications
You probably have five years of experience or more in aviation industry and/or insurance within broking, underwriting and/or claims, with knowledge of the markets, risks, and products. You understand the aviation industry and can translate this understanding into tailored client insurance solutions based on their risk profile, demonstrating a keen interest in aviation and a commitment to continuous learning.
You are experienced in advising clients and have a proven track record in building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
In previous roles, you have demonstrated strong consultative and educational skills, adept at working independently and collaboratively with a strong analytical and methodical approach. Your readiness to contribute whenever and wherever necessary marks your attitude.
