About the role – Customer Development Manager
As a Customer Development Manager, you will be part of a team and play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will manage your own portfolio and work consultatively to help clients get the most value out of AktivBo’s digital analytics platform. This includes acting as a guiding support, identifying business development opportunities, and providing tailored, analysis-based solutions to support clients’ operations.

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Manage and lead process for tenant satisfaction surveys and implement AktivBos methods and customer driven approach
  • Developing and strengthening client relationships through ongoing dialogue and consultative support.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within your client portfolio by offering new solutions, upgrades, or additional services that add value.
  • Leading workshops and presentations to help clients interpret survey results and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and development to continuously enhance AktivBo’s offering.
About you
To succeed in this role, you are a positive and communicative person who is driven by creating value for customers. You are a strong relationship builder, have leadership capabilities and are solution oriented. With a curious mindset, you’re always looking for new ways to help clients with a genuine interest in fostering long-term partnerships.

Key qualifications:
 
  • Academic background in economics, business development, or a related field
  • Experience in client-facing and strategic roles, such as project management or business development.
  • A trustworthy relationship builder motivated by customer satisfaction and real value creation.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments is a plus.
