Design the Technology That Powers Tomorrow’s EV Revolution

Easee ASA
Easee is a Norwegian green-tech company founded on the belief that electrification should be effortless for all. Our products make life easier for both installers and users by minimising barriers and promoting the widespread adoption of electrical technologies. Easee’s ecosystem of innovative products and services paves the way for the power grid of the future – a grid that distributes power more efficiently and utilizes capacity more intelligently. We were founded by three entrepreneurs in 2018, and design, develop, and manufacture our products in Scandinavia. Our culture is built on the idea that ambition and cutting-edge technology can and should go hand in hand with kindness and collaboration. We call this: Dare, Care, Deliver!
The Opportunity
As a Senior Electronics Engineer at Easee, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of our products and ensuring the continued excellence of existing ones. You’ll design and develop electronic hardware that powers some of the world’s best-selling EV chargers - working closely with colleagues across Embedded Software, Mechanics, QA, and Production to create reliable and scalable solutions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll move seamlessly between design and lab work, from concept development to testing and validation, contributing both your technical expertise and your ability to collaborate and innovate. We encourage both experienced electronics engineers and engineers in the beginning of their career to apply.

What you will do
You’ll take ownership of the full electronics development cycle: designing circuits and PCBs, building and testing prototypes, and refining solutions for production. Working closely with other engineering disciplines, you’ll help ensure our hardware meets high standards for quality, reliability, and manufacturability. Your work will include improving and maintaining existing designs, handling component sourcing and obsolescence challenges, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and EMC/EMI standards. You’ll also contribute to early-stage concept development and feasibility studies, helping shape the architecture for future Easee products. With a structured engineering mindset and hands-on approach, you’ll be part of a team that continuously improves how we design, build, and deliver cutting-edge technology.

Sounds exciting? Here's what's in it for you

At Easee, you’ll get the chance to shape the technology that powers the future of mobility. You’ll take part in developing and industrializing our next-generation EV chargers, working hands-on with advanced technologies and innovative solutions that truly make a difference.

You’ll collaborate with talented engineers across multiple disciplines — from electronics and software to mechanics and production — in an environment that values creativity, curiosity, and teamwork. As part of a fast-growing international company, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our global expansion and see your work reach customers all over the world.

We believe great results come from great people, which is why we nurture a culture that combines innovation with kindness, ambition with balance, and hard work with fun. Along with a competitive salary and benefits package, you’ll find real purpose in what you do — and the freedom to make an impact that lasts.

Who we're looking for

You thrive in collaboration and enjoy being part of a supportive team where ideas grow through shared creativity. With strong expertise in electronic design — both analog and digital — you combine technical precision with curiosity and a drive to improve. You meet challenges with structure and openness, turning complexity into clarity, and you’re happiest when bringing ideas to life through lab work, testing, and troubleshooting.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, though relevant experience can compensate for formal education. You have proven experience in electronics development, including analog and digital circuit design, and are confident working hands-on with PCB assembly, testing, and debugging. Proficiency in PCB design tools, preferably Altium Designer, is essential, and you communicate fluently in English.

Experience with RF design, power electronics, EMC/EMI testing, magnetics, EV systems, or embedded firmware is a definite plus.
