Drive Value Creation and Efficiency – Become Our Group Procurement Manager
Our Group Procurement Manager will be responsible for the corporate procurement process in NutraQ, including but not limited to important sourcing and marketing agreements as well as other strategic agreements. You will have responsibility for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and projects that will be realizing synergies and add value and efficiency to the organisation.
The Group Procurement Manager will have a central role in the Finance department reporting to the CFO and be part of his management group. The Group Procurement Manager will also be affiliated with the large professional procurement network in Orkla, drawing on both training, development, resources and category insights, as well as being the key point of contact towards the central Orkla Group Procurement and Orkla Health Group.
You have a solid track-record of negotiating agreements on a broad range of areas, preferably within B2C / FMCG.

Who are we looking for?
As our new Group Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to the corporate procurement and manage the operational process from assessment to implementation of cost synergies. This role requires good commercial understanding and ability to analyse and drive procurement insights across different data sources, such as spend, contracts and suppliers.You have a solid track-record of negotiating agreements on a broad range of areas, preferably within B2C / FMCG.
Your main responsibilities:
- Generate procurement initiatives across the NutraQ Group to capture value and deliver on KPIs
- Identify, evaluate (in collaboration with R&D/Supply), select suppliers, prepare, negotiate and conclude agreements
- Lead key procurement initiatives and projects
- Contribute to the execution of the Groups procurement strategy by bringing in market intelligence in cooperation with Orkla Group Procurement and Orkla Health Group, and other external information sources on a regular basis
- Establish and maintain relevant relationships with Orklas procurement functions
- Maintain relationship with marketing, supply, R&D, finance, legal and Group management to enable execution on procurement initiatives
- Establish and maintain relationship with external partners
Qualifications:
- Higher degree in finance, business administration or equivalent business degrees.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience from similar procurement roles.
- Procurement and project management certification will be a plus (i.e. APICS’s CSCP, ISM’s CPSM or equivalent)
- Fluent in English – both written and oral skills
