Are you a mechanical enthusiast with a strong passion for engines like Caterpillar, MaK, Wärtsilä, and similar? We are now recruiting for a permanent position with a well-established company specializing in the service, maintenance, and modification of mechanical systems on ships.
About the Employer:

Their modern workshop is equipped to handle large and complex projects, offering comprehensive services in engine maintenance, propeller systems, gearboxes, and turbochargers. Your Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate service assignments both nationally and internationally, ensuring efficient project execution and team performance.

Ensure that work processes comply with current standards, procedures, and quality requirements.

Perform quality assurance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of diesel and gas engines, propeller systems, gearboxes, and turbochargers.

Guide and support technical personnel during assignments and provide technical advice.

Work closely with customers to ensure service work meets their expectations.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
-
Has solid experience as a Supervisor or leader within maritime mechanics, with a special focus on large engine systems.
-
Possesses strong technical skills and broad knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of diesel and gas engines, mechanical systems, and related components.

Can lead and motivate a team, ensuring quality and efficiency under pressure.
-
Is flexible and willing to work in rotational schedules, travel-based assignments, and/or local day shifts.

Has international experience (preferred but not required).

Comes from a relevant industry background and has a strong interest in continuous professional development.
