Visma is now looking for a FP&A Manager to help shape the future of Visma - a role where finance meets strategy, commercial impact and leadership. You won’t just be forecasting — you’ll be strongly influencing growth strategy, optimizing operational performance, and playing a key role in M&A decisions. You partner directly with the segment leaders and help them make timely, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- You will, together with the FP&A Director, be a key player in strategy processes, budget processes, M&A processes, business cases, and the overall development of our segments, both from a strategic, commercial, and operational perspective
- Ensure that the Segment team you will be working with have access to the commercial data, insights, and decision-making tools necessary to deliver on their growth and margin expectation targets, both in the short term and in the long term
- Be the first to notice trend shifts, deviations, and key movements in our commercial figures, and ensure that we make proactive decisions continuously throughout the years
- Ensure that the financials and the business cases of the M&A cases you are involved with are realistic and achievable, given the agreed-upon strategy and ambitions that are uncovered and aligned upon in the DD processes
Qualifications and professional experience
- Education: Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational finance or a combination of operational finance and experience from consulting, corporate finance or similiar
- Keen interest and skills in IT-systems and analytical tools
- Excellent communication skills, with English fluency, written and oral

- You are curious, reliable, hard-working, can easily spot trends, deviations and commercial implications of the data you are working with
- You are a fast learner
- You are a strong communicator, clear and concise also with non-financial stakeholders
- You are able to focus on a certain task for several hours in order to create a strong delivery some days, while other days will be about dealing with many small issues within a short timeframe
- You are business-oriented with the ability to see the connections between financial objectives and the company’s strategy.
- You have the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships.
- You have proactive problem-solving abilities and solution-focused approach.

- The position will require some, but not frequent, travel
