At our Global Technology Center in Sandefjord, the heart of innovation for GRP solutions, we’re looking for our new Quality & Process Engineer – a leading role in developing and managing our ISO 9001-certified quality management system across multiple sites and departments. You will ensure compliance, lead audits, and drive improvement initiatives in collaboration with teams across the organization.
This is a highly visible position with international exposure, offering significant professional development and impact. With us, you’ll bridge the gap between theory and practice.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and further develop our ISO 9001 Quality Management System at both holding and plant levels
- Coordinate and execute internal quality audits, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions
- Drive quality improvement projects across departments and production sites
- Develop and maintain process documentation and quality manuals via our knowledge management system (SharePoint)
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality, non-conformities, and continuous improvement
- Support colleagues across the organization with training, guidance, and hands-on problem solving related to quality systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, quality management, or related field
- Experience in quality management, preferably from a coordinating or leadership role
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems is an advantage
- Ability to lead improvement initiatives and implement process changes
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- User-centric perspective and understanding of how quality work affects the organization
