Now Hiring: Inspection Technician – Meat Control
For our client – we are currently looking for inspection technicians to support meat inspection and related tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Performing post-mortem inspections of pigs (and occasionally cattle, lamb, or poultry)
- Supporting daily practical tasks in the department, such as cleaning workstations, preparing tools/materials, restocking supplies, and performing basic quality checks/documentation
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and workplace safety standards
- Checking animal health, inspecting carcasses, and monitoring conditions within the slaughterhouse
- Assisting with basic quality checks and completing related documentation
- Verifying meat quality and absence of contamination, ensuring compliance with meat safety regulations
Your Profile
- Qualified meat inspection technician (formal certification preferred)
- Positive, committed, and flexible attitude
- Cooperative and respectful in a large team environment
- Able to handle a fast-paced workday and lend a hand when needed
- Responsible and professional approach to tasks
- Open to feedback, procedural changes, and collaboration with both colleagues and supervisors
- Basic IT knowledge
- Conversational English skills – minimum B1 level
- Previous experience with meat inspection is an advantage, but not required
- Having a category B driving license and your own car is an advantage
- Flexibility regarding work locations across Denmark depending on needs and production levels

- Danish employment contract in accordance with national labor laws

- Possibility of a permanent contract after 6 months
- Monthly salary payments – with the option of DKK 1,000/week prepayment while awaiting tax card
- Rotating shift schedule (day and night shifts); shift hours may vary slightly based on operations
- Full relocation support, including accommodation, tax card, CPR number, and health insurance
- All legal employment documentation in Denmark will be handled by our team
