We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated and reliable workers for long-term construction projects in the Bergen area.
Whether you are an experienced carpenter or a practical, hands-on worker looking to develop your skills, we have opportunities for you.
Our projects are stable, well-organized and led by an experienced Lithuanian-speaking project management team. You will become part of a safe and professional work environment with many workdays, varied tasks, and real opportunities for long-term employment.
What you will be working on:
You will take part in different phases of the building process — from structural work to interior finishing. Tasks will vary from heavier outdoor construction work to more detailed tasks indoors.
No two days are the same, and you will gain solid experience in modern construction methods and teamwork on site.
Who we are looking for?
Carpenters
- Certificate of apprenticeship or strong, relevant experience
- Able to work independently and with high precision
- Reliable, responsible and motivated
Skilled labourers / practical workers:
- Practical mindset and willingness to learn
- Hardworking and cooperative
- Comfortable with physical work and varied tasks
Language Requirements:
All daily communication, instructions and safety coordination on site are conducted in Lithuanian.
For this reason, clear communication in Lithuanian is essential to perform the job safely and effectively.
