We are now looking for an Administrative Assistant for our customer.</p>

About the role

 

The CTO Office is currently experiencing a high workload due to an increasing number of initiatives. To maintain momentum and ensure effective delivery, there is a need for additional capacity. The initiatives involve complex modernization efforts with many interdependencies, and project management and orchestration of internal teams and resources. Strengthening governance and oversight across these initiatives is essential. This engagement is necessary to support and safeguard progress, quality, and alignment across multiple business-critical projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Project Coordination & Delivery Support
    • Some experience or strong interest in supporting complex projects, ideally in a tech or transformation context.
    • Ability to track progress, follow up on actions, and help ensure timely delivery.
  • Holistic & Structured Thinking
    • Comfortable working with multiple workstreams and understanding how they connect.
    • Able to see the bigger picture while managing details and dependencies.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills
    • Confident in working with cross-functional teams and facilitating clear communication.
    • Able to prepare concise updates, summaries, and documentation for various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and Organized
    • Self-driven, with a structured approach to managing tasks and priorities.
    • Willing to take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Interest in Governance and Best Practices
    • Curious about how governance frameworks support quality and alignment.
    • Eager to learn and apply best practices in project oversight and delivery assurance.

The position and project length

We are looking for a co-worker that is fluent in Norwegian and English both in writing and verbally to be taken into consideration.

You have these special skills our customer is looking for, and you are not micro-managed.  This is a project-based position with duration of 6 months.
