Job Description:
- The PTW coordinator electrical is responsible for day to day handling & coordination of permit to work on commissioning affected systems.
- Ensures proper co-ordination of all works to be carried out.
- Ensures that conflicting permits are brought to the attention of the Completion Lead;
- Is the focal point for all permits issued on the Site by MP, including those permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete.
- Ensure compliance with the PTW Originator and submission requirements.
- Provides a quality check of the permits, supporting documents and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained.
- Participates in monitoring, auditing and assurance activities.
- Participates to the PTW coordination daily meetings.
- The PTW coordinators will be integrated into the commissioning team, and be utilized by commissioning engineers during commissioning.
- Responsibilities related to position:
- High focus on HSE, ethics and Company’s values
- Ensure Quality Assurance within area of responsibility
- Execute, coordinate and follow up PTWs Towards Commissioning activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience with offshore / onshore plants or equivalent
- Background from electrical disciplines
- Relevant experience from similar positions
Personal traits:
- Good team player with high HSE focus

- English
- Norwegian
