Job Description:
- We are now looking for an enthusiastic Delivery Coordinator for a temporary position in our Order Management department.
- As a Delivery Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that our deliveries to the subsea market are complete and documented according to customer requirements.
- An important part of the job is compiling final documentation (MRB – Material Record Book), which includes test reports, material certificates, and traceability lists with serial numbers for our products and components.
- You will be part of a team of several Delivery Coordinators, as well as the Order Management department, which consists of coordinators, planners, and project coordinators.
- The Delivery Coordinators communicate closely with these functions within the department, and also interact with production, warehouse, and engineering as needed.
- You may also be involved in coordination tasks related to order follow-up, depending on requirements.
Responsibilities: - Compilation of final documentation for customers
- Follow-up on any comments and approval of documentation
- Contribute to planning and execution of our deliveries
- Coordination of shipments to customers – both internally with finance and warehouse, and externally with customers and transport companies
- Relevant education in administration or equivalent experience
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Good English and Norwegian skills, both oral and written
- Experience with document handling and preferably also project coordination
- Good knowledge of Word and Adobe (PDF) / PDF-Xchange
- Ability to work in a structured and accurate manner and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively
- To succeed in this role, you should be able to manage many activities in a busy workday while remaining structured and detail-oriented.
- We are looking for someone who is adaptable and wants to contribute positively to necessary process changes.
