Role
This role will be to provide support for the operation at Archer facility both Oiltools and Wireline workshops.

Role
This role will be to provide support for the operation at Archer facility both Oiltools and Wireline workshops.
Key responsibilities
- Focal point for communication between Logistic and Workshop with regards to shipping and receiving of goods from customers.
- Focal point for communication between Logistic and Workshop with regards to equipment return to remote storage.
- Loading/unloading of trucks
- Organizing of yard maintaining safety and efficiency required
- Return check of equipment from customers
- Control and organizing of returned 3rd party equipment and prepare same for processing.
- Control and organize rental objects returning from repair.
- Organize rental objects following inspection.
- Responsible for daily/weekly maintenance of dedicated forklifts
- Preparation of tools for shipment offshore according to work order and procedures
- Participate in maintenance and housekeeping yard.
- Always work according to internal QHSSE procedures and guidelines, including handling customer’s complaints or concerns
- Certificate of apprenticeship within relevant field
- Other competence requirements are specified for each role in the company’s Competence Management System
- Work experience within planning and logistic
- High ability to keep order and structure.
- Good ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Independently perform required work assignment without supervision
- Good ERP system knowledge and use
- Excel and word skills to handle related documentation.
