Our client, a technology company specializing in power efficiency and sustainable energy solutions, is searching for Chief Commerical Officer. The role require extensive travelling to clients, partner and distributors throughout Europe. Our client's main focus is developing innovative products and services within the energy efficiency space.

Job responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the energy efficiency industry within Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, distributors, and partners.
• Provide technical expertise and advice to customers regarding the company's products and solutions.
• Participate in sales negotiations and prepare customized offers and contracts.
• Work closely with internal technical development team to ensure that customer needs and requirements are met.
• Regularly travel to attend conferences and visit customers throughout Europe.

Qualifications:
• Strong commercial background with a proven track record in B2B sales, market development, and business strategy.
• Extensive network in the energy industry and relevant technology sectors, both nationally and internationally.
• Experience working in the Scandinavian market and understanding of cultural and business nuances, with the ability to scale operations across Europe.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, as well as drive strategic partnerships and negotiations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate credibly and build trust both internally and externally.

Nice to have: 
• Knowledge and experience with product development, particularly in energy solutions, will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with product development and marketing teams to ensure a holistic approach to the market.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach, and the ability to navigate a company in its early stages where processes and structures are still under development.
• Experience with early-stage companies and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
