Location: Offshore - 2x4 rotation

Description: The holder of this position will be member of our client's Intervention & Stimulation Alliance in the Drilling & Wells organization. The position reports to their D&W Intervention Superintendent.
In this role, you will have the overall responsible for the well intervention activities on client's installations. 
The WIS is responsible for safe and efficient well site operations, in conformance with client's practices and processes, cost effectively and without damage to the environment. 

Well Intervention Supervisor:
Our client is offering positions as Well Intervention Engineer / Well Intervention Supervisors for the operations in the North Sea. 
Their activity spans the entire range of well interventions, both on coiled tubing and wireline. The intervention team is evolving rapidly, developing forefront digital capabilities and novel intervention techniques. 

Objective of the role:
The Well Intervention Supervisor (WIS) is the responsible person for the offshore execution of all types of well interventions, in charge of delivering the operational and HSE related goals of each job. 
As the wellsite leader, it is expected that you stand out as a role model and a true safety leader, working in accordance with the client's SAFER values.

You will be required to take an active role in our client's One Team approach, by building trust and foster collaboration between the various offshore departments.

Within the alliance, they strive to shorten the distance between the onshore and offshore teams. As a well intervention supervisor, it is essential that you are willing to share knowledge and learn from others by taking an active part in the team events. You will be encouraged to challenge views and opinions but stay loyal to decisions once taken. 

Responsibilities and work tasks: 
• Lead the execution of well interventions on behalf of the intervention alliance. 
• Ownership of the Rig Action Plans and ensure these are understood and adhered to.
• Ensure operational risk is assessed, understood and mitigated amongst the crews.
• Ensure technical and organizational well barriers are in order and understood.
• Foster an open, alliance based and constructive work environment.
• Provide quality well reports and inputs for after action reviews
• Report and document incidents, lessons learned and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with the offshore organization and promote the intervention requirements
• Ensure the logistic requirements are duly communicated and monitored.
• Stay on top of NORSOK regulations and internal requirements.
• Explore and familiarize yourself with the digital workspaces.
• Strive to develop and improve a holistic understanding of well interventions, the planning process, the well fundamentals, the equipment involved, and the leadership style required to get the best out of the crew.

Qualifications:
• Relevant engineering or technical college degree ref Norog 024
• More than 5 years of relevant wells experience 
• Well intervention pressure control combined - IWCF level 4 eligible
