Job Description
-
Part of the Project Controls Team, reporting to the Project Controls Manager.
-
Key role within the Commissioning Team, supporting the Commissioning Manager.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining processes, systems, and resources for FPSO commissioning planning.

Ensures alignment with Yard Construction planners for interface activities across disciplines.
-
Coordinates Commissioning activities with the Integrated Project Schedule.

Manages and monitors the integrated Project schedule and ensures timely execution.

Ensures the completion system (PIMS) contains necessary data for system and sub-system testing.

Leads Commissioning planning, progress reporting, and milestone definition.

Performs schedule analysis, progress measurement, baseline updates, and contractor verification.

Ensures compliance with project requirements, contracts, and regulations.

Works closely with PDE operations, JV Yard organization, Altera Construction Team, and Client.

Reports progress delays to the Commissioning Manager.
Qualification Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
-
15+ years of experience as a Commissioning Planner in large development projects.
-
Strong experience in FPSO redeployment (preferred).

Extensive knowledge of Construction and MC activities from both Contractor and Client perspectives.

Proficiency in Primavera planning software.

Experience with Client Completion philosophy is an advantage.

Previous experience with UK North Sea projects is beneficial.

Leadership and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teams.

Experience working in Middle East/Southeast Asian shipyards is an advantage.

Organized, systematic, and flexible approach to work.

Fluent in English (written & verbal).
