About the position as Sales Operations Manager
In this consultancy assignment (approx. 10 months) you will step into a central position, responsible for driving sales excellence through pipeline development and reporting, global account planning, and customer data governance. You will also play a key role in developing structured sales processes, accurate forecasting, and high-quality CRM data to enable growth.

The position also includes leading a small team within client support and sales operations, maintaining the sales tech stack, and ensuring alignment with Finance on incentive and commission models. As the company continues to grow rapidly, both organically and through acquisitions, your contribution will be crucial in ensuring scalability, structure, and efficiency.

You will report to the CFO and collaborate closely with Country Managers, Business Area Managers, Finance and Development teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline development and reporting in HubSpot CRM; support forecasting cadence and accuracy.
  • Design and orchestrate global account planning processes and reviews.
  • Manage a small team of sales operations and client support staff.
  • Ensure customer data quality, governance and GDPR compliance.
  • Maintain and develop the sales tech stack, including CRM and integrations.
  • Partner with Finance in commission and incentive calculations.
  • Lead change management and adoption of new tools and processes across markets.
About you
We believe you are a structured and analytical Sales Operations professional with strong CRM experience and a proven ability to drive processes and change. You are detail-oriented, with a passion for data quality, but also comfortable in leading and coaching a small team.
You thrive in an international environment, can communicate clearly with different stakeholders and enjoy balancing strategic and hands-on work. Experience from scale-up or fast-growing international companies is a strong advantage. You have an analytical mindset and strong structuring skills, enabling you to turn complex data and processes into clear insights and actionable routines.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience within Sales Operations / Revenue Operations with CRM ownership (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics or similar).
  • Proven experience in pipeline reporting, forecasting and dashboard building (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong process design and change management skills.
  • Solid grasp of data governance/MDM and GDPR in a B2B context.
  • Experience in leadership/team lead roles.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Meriting
  • Experience from IT, SaaS or other fast-growing, international companies.
  • Knowledge in automation and AI-driven sales support.
