About the position as Sales Engineer Northern Europe:
For the role as Sales Engineer, we are looking for someone with a strong technical as well as commercial background. Your will split your time between developing the relationships with Ramen’s existing clients and finding new business opportunities within the industry. Your customers will be in the Process industry such as Marine & offshore, Pulp & paper, Chemicals & fertilizers, Mining & mineral, Food & pharma and Energy. You will have comprehensive responsibility for sales in Scandinavia, which includes Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Baltics. Examples of products and components that you will handle in your product portfolio will be different types of valves such as Control valves, Process valves, Tank safety equipment, safety valves, process regulators, Automation and Accessories.

You work at finding new creative solutions that can improve Ramen’s product and service, partly by creating business cases for external as well as internal stakeholders and much more. Ramén Valves is working mostly through digital sales channels, especially B2B e-commerce as the primary channel for growing sales as well as automated marketing and digital CRM and you will work with developing the digital sales channels on all levels at a higher degree than traditional sales.

The role consists of, but is not only entitled to:
• Being a driving force behind development of the business with Ramen Valve's existing industrial customers by helping them with their technical challenges.
• Finding new business opportunities within the industry to strengthen Ramen’s overall market presence.
• Creating marketing content together with Sales Manager and Marketing Team.
• Working with developing the digital sales channels on all levels at a higher degree than traditional sales.

About you
We are looking for you who have a technical education or have work experience that can be considered equivalent. You have at least a couple of years of experience in technical sales. If you have also worked with valves within one of Ramens Valve's industries, it is advantageous. You possess a technical understanding and have a strong desire to develop your further knowledge. You are a natural relationships builder and have solid experience in strengthening and developing business. You need to have good computer skills and are fluent in verbal and written English as well as Swedish.

To succeed in the role of Sales Engineer Northern Europe, we see that you are a driven and goal-oriented person who have a good structural ability to plan your days as effectively as possible. Furthermore, we see you as a excellent communicator who goes the extra mile to achieve a good result with your customers.

Important for the service are:
• Technical educational background, and/or work experience that can be considered equivalent.
• At least a couple of years of work experience in technical sales
• Experience in building strong, trusting customer relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Business and goal-oriented thinking with an independent way of working
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• B driving license.
