We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service center at Klepp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service operations, personnel management, and client relationship management, with specific experience in oilfield equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all service centre activities including field service, repair, and maintenance operations.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all service activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Manage a team of technicians, service coordinators, and administrative staff.
  • Monitor KPIs, service metrics, and financial performance; provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs and project execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors.
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, and logistics for service-related materials and equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and safety.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in service operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and service procedures (e.g., rotating equipment, valves, pumps, compressors, etc.).
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Relationship builder with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian (Scandinavian) and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
